This is a basic course to introduce participants to principles and techniques in writing a case and its accompanying user guide. This course also teaches how to produce a draft case study for training purposes. This type of course is suitable for trainers from the public sector training institute, government officers who are involved in training, and those who are interested in writing cases for the management.
